1. About HomeCarePro
HomeCarePro provides doctor-supervised medical home care services across Gurgaon, Haryana, India — including elderly care, nursing, physiotherapy, post-surgery recovery, mother & newborn care, and palliative care. Our caregivers are certified, background-verified professionals.
2. Service scope
- Our services supplement but do not replace emergency medical care. In emergencies, call 102 or your local hospital immediately.
- Care plans are guided by qualified medical staff and your treating physician's recommendations where applicable.
- We reserve the right to decline service where we determine we cannot safely meet a patient's needs.
3. Booking & payment
- Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date provided.
- Payment terms (advance, monthly, or per-visit) are confirmed at the time of booking.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
4. Cancellations & refunds
- You may cancel a scheduled visit up to 4 hours before the appointment without charge.
- For ongoing packages, we require 48 hours' notice for cancellation. Refunds are pro-rated.
- If we are unable to provide a service due to caregiver unavailability, you will be offered a free replacement or full refund.
5. Caregiver replacement guarantee
If you're not satisfied with an assigned caregiver, contact your dedicated care manager and we'll arrange a free replacement promptly — typically within 24 hours.
6. Your responsibilities
- Share accurate medical history and any relevant doctor's notes.
- Provide a safe working environment for our caregivers.
- Inform us promptly of any changes in the patient's condition.
- Treat our staff with respect and courtesy.
7. Limitation of liability
While we take every reasonable care, HomeCarePro's liability is limited to the value of the service paid for. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence resulting in injury where prohibited by law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on homecarepro.in — text, images, logos, design — is owned by HomeCarePro or our licensors. You may not copy, republish or use this material commercially without written permission.
9. Website use
You agree not to use our website to:
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
- Send automated requests, spam, or malicious code.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
